Cafe Review: Working Title

Located in the popular Haji Lane area, There’s an increasing number of cafes opening around that corner and that’s great news for cafe-hunters. Working Title cafe humble setup with an indie vibe. Working Title owned by the same folks behind Shophouse The Social Hostel, the café occupies the hostel’s first floor.
Interior:
Self service counter, water, sauces, cutlery and creamer, sugar can be self help at this area.
WIFI password is steaded at the floopy-disk.

Cafe Latte - $5.50
Pretty decent coffee. Coffee aroma was light, low acidity, and milk flavor was strong.
Bandung Latte - $5.50
Creative Coffee. First time drinking bandung latte. But taste wise wasn't great enough, as the taste was bandung (Rose syrup), the coffee taste like never exist. It was a little bit too sweet. I will not advise you guys to order it.
Truffle Tatter Tots - $8.90
MINI HASHBROWNS SEASONED WITH TRUFFLE
OIL TOPPED WITH PARMESAN CHEESE &
CHIVES
It just a normal mini hashbrowns to me. Nothing special about it.
All Day Big Breakfast - $14.90

It was a normal dish. Nothing special. All the ingredients in this dish was pretty common and the taste wise was nothing special too.
Bacon eggnator - $13.90
SCRAMBLED EGGS, TURKEY BACON, GRILLED
TOMATOES, MUSHROOMS & TOASTED WHOLEMEAL
SERVED WITH A SIDE OF GREENS
VERY NORMAL too. Taste wise was below average, the scrambled egg was too watery and tasteless. Not enough seasoning.

Overall, the food here was pretty normal, the atmosphere here was really like a backpackers’ hostel cafe and would also be good for anyone to come in to rest their feet and have a drink. But it was cozy enough to chill with friends.
