Food Review: Tomyum Kungfu @ Serangoon Garden

10:08:00

A simple dinner with Jax and Jasmine at tomyum kungfu. We went to serangoon garden outlets as it was more convenient for all of us. Mookata is the only way you can have steamboat and bbq at the same time!!

Thai Milk Tea - $3++

Strong tea aroma and flavorful milk tea. It's better than other Thai restaurant Milk Tea.

Taste: 3.5/5

Crystal Noodle Salad - $9++

I don't really eat salad but this was good. It served with Glass noodles, squid, minced pork meat, lettuce topped up with their Thai salad dressing. The sauce was sweet and sour, it was very appetizing!!

Taste: 3.5/5

Deep Fried Kang Kong - $13++

Interesting dish. First time trying deep fried kang kong. But it's only sound interesting but the overall taste was quite weird.

Taste: 1/5

Chili sauce for you to dip with your meat.

We order a standard set that cost $49.90++ suitable for 2-3 pax.

It consist of:

  • Pork
  • Pineapple chicken chop
  • pork belly
  • scallops
  • prawn
  • fish cake
  • assorted vegetablesb basket
  • squid
  • crab stick
  • roast pork
  • pork belly cheese roll
  • Thai mama noodle

Food: 2.4/5
Ambiance: 1.5/5
Service: 2/5
Price: 0.5/5

My Verdict:
The food was good but the price was too pricey as it wasn't match the food quality. I would suggest you to try other mookata restaurant.
