Little Hokkaido x Sapporo Lion @ Sentosa

Few weeks ago, I went to sentosa with my friend. We went on to try out sapporo lion located around resort world sentosa. Sapporo Lion served locally loved Sapporo Beer and bar bites from Hokkaido.
A well fried potato wedges without any seasoning so that we can enjoy the freshness and potato true taste.
Well fried croqette, crispy skin with creamy and light flavor crab cream in it.
Well fried crispy chicken. It came in huge pieces. Juicy and tender meat, it goes well with a pint of beer.
Springy and chewy noodle, with two slices of char siew, seaweed, sweetcorn, spring onion and ended up with miso broth.
It was served with salmon pieces, salmon roe, seaweed, Japan Rice and topped up with home-made sauce.
The taste was a bit disappointed as the overall taste was a tad too salty and the ingredients wasn't that fresh.
